This five room cape with deck is set on a private .5 acre pine treed lot on a dead end street.

The house has two baths and three bedrooms: the master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed with sitting area and private bath. There are two bedrooms on the main floor: One contains a double bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a portable crib. There is a maximum occupancy of six persons per the town health department.

Outside is an enclosed hot/cold shower as well as a gas or charcoal grill for your use. The spacious deck on the back of the house accessed from the dining area is equipped with lounge chairs and table and chairs for outside dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a gas fireplace, 35" cable TV and VCR and a stereo radio with CD player. Washer and dryer are available in the cellar.
